Appeals Board

The Appeals Board is established by the Board of the Authority to adjudicate on appeals to taken in relation to:

1. Decisions made on accreditation or
2. Failure to make a decision on accreditation

The appeal mechanisms, satisfy the requirements under Regulation 765/2008 to have a procedure for the resolution of appeals to accreditation decisions.

The Appeals Board meet as required.

The Appeals Board member is appointed for a 5-year term with an option to be reappointed for a second term. The current membership of the Appeals Board is:
