To make a complaint, please submit details in writing to the INAB Manager at inab@inab.ie.

All Freedom of Information (FOI) submissions must be directed to the Freedom of Information Office of the Health and Safety Authority at 01-6147020 or foi@hsa.ie

To lodge an appeal against an accreditation decision, please submit the detail of the appeal in writing to the INAB Manager.
Appeals can only be submitted within 30 days of the decision on accreditation.
