ISO 22000:2005 is an international standard and defines the requirements of a food safety management system covering all organisations in the food chain from “farm to fork”, including catering and packaging companies.
OHSAS 18000 is an international occupational health and safety management system specification. It comprises two parts, 18001 and 18002 and embraces BS8800 and a number of other publications.
